Tipton Professional Suites (TPS) is located on the second floor above The Market on Main in Tipton, Indiana. 

Originally built in 1926, the building has been painstakingly remodeled over the last few years. Care has been taken to maintain much of the original charm of the nearly 100 year-old building. 

Enter TPS through the door located at street level on the northeast corner of the building on Main Street. At the top of the stairs you’ll find nine office suites ranging from 145 sq. ft. to 597 sq. ft. 

Suites rent for $300 to $750 monthly depending on size. All utilities are included as well as high speed wireless internet. Mail boxes are provided at the bottom of the stairs for direct mail delivery. Common areas include a lounge with kitchenette, a conference room, and a small sitting area as well as men’s and women’s restrooms.

Suites 207 through 209 are inter-connected and offer a unique chance to have a larger space based on your needs. Up to 1033 sq. feet is available utilizing these connecting offices.
